We are looking for a CRM Upstream Analyst.
Main responsibilities.
Understand and document internal needs that are provided by internal stakeholders (Sales Teams, Sales Backoffice, Inside Sales, Service Agents, P&IT) to deploy and evolve our digital model Identify and approach local regulations and business rules updates Recognize current local tools and practices in place to have a reference impact and change assessment to design and execute an action plan Validate the data elements across the journey to have the optimum dataflow Document business cases and use-cases scenarios Find and analyze gaps to replicate current system version in new countries and business lines Create and refine user stories working under an Agile sprint based model being the link between the business and scrum team Ensure the proposed experiences are satisfactory with sign-off and mockup Be capable to clarify scope, ensure prioritization and distinguish gaps over process, technology and people Collaborate to ensure digital product quality considering user’s feedback Promote adoption and usage of the digital experience Promote standardization and governance Conciliate needs between operative and tactical layers to balance outcomes of the digital model Challenge decisions over priorities and exceptions using quantitative (data) and qualitative arguments Requirements.
Language Proficiency on English and Spanish.
Bachelor or master’s degree on Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Business Management, Commerce, Sales, Administration At least 3 years of experience on B2B commercial processes and customer experience or related industries, CRM, digital transformation Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Power BI, Miro, Jira Presentation skills and public speaking, team player, data driven, change management skills, critical and innovative thinking, research analysis, UX/UI standards, Lean and Agile methodologies, global perspectives understanding, time management, high commitment, proactive We offer.
