If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!Our people make all the difference in our success.------------------------------------------------------The Credit Portfolio Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team.
The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.
Responsibilities.
ontribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes financial and data analyses and work-flows by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise within Risk Management.
tilize Statistical Analysis System (SAS) in a UNIX environment to perform risk, including profiling, sampling, reconciliation, and quality testing.
xecution of the implementation process for all the initiatives in the portfolios strategies, interacting with the different areas involved (Risk Infrastructure, CRCM, Credit Ops, Business, etc.), guaranteeing compliance with each and every one of the guidelines defined.
onstant maintenance of our credit manual, in order to always have it updated, aligned with the current policies and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
imely monitoring of the delivery of all evidence of the controls established within the area, as well as being able to identify areas of opportunity in which new controls are required.
oordinate the activities necessary to close the CAPs and issues within the area, as well as be able to define corrective actions in case of the need to raise new issues.
repare deliverables for the different reviews and audits.
articipate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes and other related initiativesManage risk levels for the entire credit spectrum across multiple products and retail formats and prepare risk management presentations for senior managementAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
ualifications.
xperience in Risk Consumer (Unsecured & Secured Portfolios) at least 5 years and 8 in Financial Institutions.
