The Coupa SME plays a vital role in maximizing the effectiveness of the Coupa platform, driving procurement efficiencies, enhancing compliance, and ultimately contributing to the organizations overall financial and operational success.


Job role
Serve as the primary expert on Coupa, providing indepth knowledge of the platforms functionalities, features, and best practices. Coupa offers businesses realtime visibility into spend with advanced analytics and reporting tools. This includes dashboards and reports where a business can track and compare spend by vendor, category, department, and more.
Coupa App provides businesses with various tools to monitor expenses, identify costcutting potentials, and automate and improve procurement and accounts payable procedures for better business performance.
Modernize the procure to pay process, gain visibility into employee workrelated expenses, and integrate order to cash flows.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Coupa solutions to meet organizational needs and improve procurement processes.
Develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use Coupa for procurement and expense management.
Analyze existing procurement and expense processes, recommending improvements and leveraging Coupa functionalities to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during Couparelated projects
Provide support for Coupa related issues, troubleshooting problems and coordinating with Coupa support as necessary.
Utilize Coupas reporting tools to analyze procurement data, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.


Experience required
Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Significant experience working with Coupa, preferably in a procurement or accounts payable role, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
Proficient in using Coupa, including its various modules, and familiar with related systems. Similar to Coupa and Basware experiences
