We are looking for a passionate Copywriter/UX Designer to join our team and elevate this platform to new heights.
Are you passionate about creating engaging content with a user-focused approach?   We are seeking a Copywriter with UX Design skills to manage and enhance our Swedish 500-page HR portal.
In this role, you'll organize, update, and streamline content to improve user experience for employees accessing critical HR information.
What you will do  My Employment is the go-to hub for all employee-related questions.
As the most visited site on our intranet, it plays a key role in centralizing HR policies, processes, and information for our employees.
Built on the SharePoint platform, My Employment operates globally, with country-specific content tailored to local needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Swedish pages, collaborating closely with the global My Employment lead based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
You'll be part of the Employee Connect team, which consists of nine colleagues, including the PX support team People Direct and the Global Onboarding Lead.
We're also in the process of implementing an intelligent chatbot, seamlessly integrated across all "My Employment sites".
This will provide employees with quick and easy access to the answers they need.
You will work closely with the digital team to ensure the chatbot delivers accurate, clear, and professional information.
Key Responsibilities  As a Copywriter with UX skills, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and content of our internal Employment website called “My Employment” for Sweden.
Your mission will be to make the site more user-friendly, ensuring it becomes an indispensable tool for all employees.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to create dynamic, relevant content that not only informs but also engages our workforce.
•    Content Creation & Management.
Develop and manage high-quality content that is clear, concise, and tailored to meet the needs of our diverse employee base.
•    UX Design.
Improve the overall usability of the internal website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.
•    Collaboration.
Work with various departments and subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex information into accessible content.
•     Continuous Improvement.
Regularly update the website to reflect the latest company information, policies, and resources.
Constantly seek ways to enhance the site's functionality and user experience.
•    User Research.
Conduct user research and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and pain points.
Use this data to inform design decisions and content strategy.
•    Efficiency Focus.
Develop strategies and implement solutions that save time for employees and streamline their access to necessary information.
What you bring •    Experience.
Proven experience as a copywriter and UX designer, preferably in a corporate or internal communications setting and or in a HR setting.
•    Skills.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in UX design principles and tools   •    Collaboration.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A passion for creating engaging and dynamic content that enhances the user experience.

Ability to identify user needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
