Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Controller Assistant located in Juarez, North Site, Mexico.
Reporting to the Controller, the Controller Assistant role involves.
What a typical day looks like.
Knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Cost Accounting Know how to make account reconciliations between ledger and subledger Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Revenue Recognition policy, and Inventory transfer policy.
Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.
Financial reviews of P&L and main KOI with customer focus team (CFT) The experience we're looking to add to our team.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Intermediate English required Finance or related field or equivalent experience and training.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
A background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex's business.
Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and comprehension of relations of such processes at the site.
