collaborate across departments to support targeted cost reduction initiatives.
assist other units with expertise in cost management tools, budgeting, and general accounting.
supervise, train, and support finance department members in daily tasks, ensuring they remain updated on mexican and american accepted accounting principles, and relevant legal and tax standards.
report critical operational financial metrics weekly.
monitor and analyze per-hour manufacturing costs.
conduct financial analysis for capital projects and prepare documentation for management approval.
ensure precise financial reporting of operational performance.
perform comprehensive cost analysis for products in new and ongoing processes, covering all cost elements, including \"what-if\" scenarios, model comparisons, and complex analyses.
prepare monthly budget reports and provide management with in-depth insights on fixed and variable costs.
lead by example, ensuring team adherence to safety, hygiene standards, continuous improvement & sustainability, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
maintain organization and cleanliness in designated areas, foster disciplined work practices, and uphold standard work protocols.
perfil buscado 3 years of experience as a controller.
experience in wiring and electronic components (desirable).
experience in the aerospace industry (desirable).
bachelor's degree (related field); a master's degree would add value knowledge and experience with mexican and american accepted accounting principles applications.
experience in cost analysis and its components.
general knowledge of legal and tax regulations applicable to the industry.
