Consultant Intern Exciting Learning Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Consultant Intern to join our consulting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in process improvement, supply chain optimization, and data analysis across various industries. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detailoriented, and eager to learn, with the versatility to manage diverse tasks due to the nature of our business.
Responsibilities
Support consulting projects with data analysis, research, and presentation development.
Contribute to marketing efforts by generating content for the website and social media, supporting lead and prospect generation, assisting with sales, and participating in networking events.
Provide administrative assistance to consultants, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and client communication.
Assist with project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Engage in continuous learning to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering or related fields Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing preferred. Minimum 6th semester students are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects.
A proactive, extroverted, and charismatic personality is highly valued.
Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle urgent tasks.
Advanced English communication skills written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Skills not required
Experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
Knowledge of ERP systems SAPOracle, Power BI, Python, or AutoCAD.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
Valid BusinessTourist US visa.
What We Offer
Fully remote work with occasional inperson meetings or travel.
Flexible 8hour shifts.
Biweekly payment 8,000 MXN monthly first 3 months, increasing to 9,000 MXN monthly thereafter.
Annual performance bonus.
10 vacation days in the first year.
