Objetivo
Organizar, planear y dirigir al equipo de trabajo para brindar el más alto servicio de acuerdo a las políticas, procedimientos y estándares del hotel, asegurando que la bienvenida y estancia a los huéspedes sea placentera y cubriendo todos sus requerimientos y solicitudes.

Responsabilidades
Brindar y verificar que se ofrezca el más alto nivel de servicio a los huéspedes, conforme a los estándares establecidos para cumplir de manera oportuna y adecuada con las necesidades y solicitudes de los mismos.
Planificar y dirigir las actividades a desempeñar por el equipo del área a fin de garantizar un servicio personalizado conforme a la ocupación, de manera cordial y eficiente.
Asegurar una comunicación efectiva con el equipo de trabajo, departamentos interrelacionados mediante briefing y juntas garantizando la eficiencia en el servicio.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, políticas y estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
Desarrollar e impulsar los conocimientos y habilidades de los colaboradores a fin de ofrecer un mejor servicio a los clientes.
Planear y establecer estrategias que le permita alcanzar los objetivos TripAdvisor, ReviewPro, Expedia, GPTW.
Realizar los pedidos de las flores VIP1, VIP2 y VIP3 de acuerdo con las llegadas previstas.
Organizar al personal para que elaboren las cartas de bienvenida y se entreguen a la ama de llaves como parte del estándar de habitaciones.
Garantizar la entrega de la copa de bienvenida y la toalla refrescante a los clientes en el ExcellenceFinest Club.
Establecer estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos de venta del departamento, incluyendo upgrades, ventas de flores, vinos, cenas románticas y otros ingresos de la compañía.
Planear y establecer estrategias que le permita alcanzar los objetivos TripAdvisor, ReviewPro, Expedia, GPTW.
