Desarrollo de estrategias parala ejecución de programas comerciales en México.
Liderar el diseño, simplificación y optimización de los procesos de ventas para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia.Principales responsabilidades
- Gestiona los programas comerciales, la estructura, los sistemas y los informes aplicables.
- Impulsar el crecimiento rentable liderando el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, la efectividad de los programas, los informes y las métricas.
- Brindar planes sólidos vinculados a la estrategia corporativa para nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Proporcionar informes de ventas y las conclusiones/recomendaciones a la organización.
- Identificar las necesidades empresariales e individuales del país y adaptar los programas para satisfacerlas de la forma más eficaz.
Requisitos
-Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas
(deseable MBA y certificación en gestión de proyectos).
- 2 años en una empresa de consultoría
- Procesos de ventas B2B en un entorno multinacional
