CLOUD APPLICATIONS ARCHITECT

As a Cloud Applications Architect, you will work with development teams to define and implement standardization and patterns for Azure software applications.
You will guide and support development teams on cloud best practices.
We are seeking applicants with complex problem-solving skills, cloud-related technical expertise, and the ability to manage and lead multiple projects.
What you will be doing.
Develop and maintain a cloud architecture library with reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable components.
Participate in technical design reviews and customer meetings for solution estimations and feasibility assessments.
Ensure security and compliance of cloud environments, scaling and optimizing for performance and cost.
Design and implement cloud architectures, supporting automation for cloud operations and integrating cloud services with on-premises systems.
What you will likely bring.
Ability to estimate scope, effort, and timelines accurately, identifying and mitigating risks.
Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, and knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), C#, SQL Server, and serverless capabilities.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies like Terraform, Pulumi, ARC, Bicep.
Experience with cloud standardization, patterns, DevOps, CI/CD practices, automation, security, compliance, scalability, monitoring, performance, and cost management.

Azure certifications such as AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
