this position is remote from any state in Mexico.
We're recruiting an experienced Client Success Lead to support the client service team.
The Client Success Lead is a finance and client service master that translates portfolio complexity into fully realized instances within the company.
You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, decrypting Patron portfolios during onboarding, and acting as a rosetta stone between Patrons, Product Owners, Designers and Developers.

Qualifications.
4+ years of direct client service experience in wealth management, a family office or similar Client-focused, highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal) and an ability to build lasting relationships Deep understanding of financial acumen Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and colleagues Capable of exercising judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality Proven record of being reliable, prepared, responsive and eager to learn Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Responsibilities.
Work directly with our clients throughout their onboarding and customer journey.
Be the quarterback of their relationship with us- tracking onboarding progress, follow up, meetings and outstanding requests Understand the clients financial picture and data structure to ensure data accuracy Collaborate with client services, designers, developers and business stakeholders to ensure consistent communication loop on client feedback and feature requests Support and validate data issues alongside machine learning systems Look for opportunities to improve processes and tooling Maintain and optimize operational workflows Participate in new product launches, and become a product expert Nivel de educación deseada.
