We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team.
As a Client Services Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials, interpreting intricate medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive strategies for clinical trial management.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Analyzing and interpreting complex medical data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Participating in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
\nYour profile Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems is advantageous.
