**Job Description** AECOM México busca Civil Supervisor Funciones.
* Supervisar y dirigir las actividades de los equipos de construcción civil, asegurando que los trabajos se realicen con precisión, a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto establecido.
* Inspeccionar regularmente los sitios de construcción para verificar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, las regulaciones ambientales y las especificaciones del Proyecto.
* Coordinar con otros supervisores y gerentes de proyecto para alinear las actividades de construcción civil con otros elementos del Proyecto.
* Resolver problemas y desafíos técnicos en el sitio, proporcionando soluciones efectivas y comunicándose con los ingenieros y el equipo de gestión según sea necesario, tanto en enfoque de solución estructural en coordinación con el resto de disciplinas.
* Mantener registros detallados de la construcción, incluyendo progreso de trabajo, utilización de recursos y incidencias de seguridad.
* Responsables de la identificación de los equipos y/o sistemas de largo tiempo de entrega, su repercusión en el programa de construcción y con las demás disciplinas del proyecto.
* Responsable de la coordinación y logística del suministro e instalación de los diferentes equipos de su disciplina.
* Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento del programa de construcción aprobado y la actualización de este en caso de ser necesario.
* Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables.
* Responsable de la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento.
* Responsables de la coordinación y solución de interferencias para la instalación de bancos de ductos y/o instalaciones subterráneas requeridas en el proyecto.
* Capacitar y orientar al personal y a los nuevos trabajadores sobre las mejores prácticas de construcción civil y los procedimientos de seguridad.
* Evaluar el desempeño de los trabajadores y contratistas, proporcionando feedback y recomendaciones para mejorar la productividad y la calidad del trabajo.
* Participar en reuniones de planificación y revisión de proyectos para asegurar que todos los aspectos de la construcción civil estén coordinados y en línea con los objetivos generales del proyecto.
* Implementar medidas proactivas para mitigar riesgos en el sitio de construcción, incluyendo la planificación de contingencias para condiciones adversas o retrasos.
* Asegurar la gestión eficiente de materiales y la logística en el sitio, minimizando el desperdicio y optimizando el uso de recursos.
**Qualifications** Requisitos mínimos.
* + 4 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación Experiencia.
* Experiencia en supervisión de proyectos de Data Ceter e Industriales Preferencias.
* Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Gestión de la Construcción o campos relacionados.
* 6 años de experiencia en supervisión de proyectos de construcción civil.
