Objetivo
Planear y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la limpieza y el mantenimiento de
suministros y equipo en las cocinas en apego a los procedimientos establecidos a fin de garantizar el
cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y la eficiente gestión de residuos.
Requisitos
Educación media superior Bachillerato General
3 años como mínimo misma posición en hoteles Gran Turismo
Estándares de calidad en el servicio
Sinergia y trabajo colaborativo.
Orientación a la acción y resultados.
Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad.
Gestionar equipos efectivos
