Main Responsibilities Work with regional Supply Chain teams to monitor and collect data on current operations Analyze information to determine areas for performance improvement Develop process improvement draft for reviewing approval Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions and implement changes Create performance reports for management to review Position Challenges Review different data sources to analyze Supply Chain behavior & performance Coordinating with several teams from different departments, geographies, languages, and organizational levels Ability to respond to high pressure requests with time constraints Availability to travel 1-2 weeks per month Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration (preferably engineering).
3-4 years of professional experience Proficiency in Spanish & English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) Prior experience (1-2 years) on Supply Chain processes (Strategic or tactical level) Experience on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) (desirable) General knowledge of agile methodology Soft skills.
