Job Summary   Garantizar que todos los empleados de la célula trabajen de forma segura, Brindar liderazgo a los empleados de Célula.
Desarrollándolos en todos los aspectos del trabajo, tomando decisiones de rutina y solucionando problemas.
Asegurar que los empleados conozcan y sigan ABS (5S, STD Work, Kanban, etc.
Impulsar los KPI del área, (+ QDIPA); Impulsar la mentalidad de mejora continua con el equipo.
Asegurar que se cumpla con la eficiencia de producción y se practique la seguridad en el área de trabajo.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)   Asegurar cumplimiento a indicadores del FF (+QDIPA) Daily Management (Gemba) Cumplimiento al Pizarrón y std work actualizado al día Administración de personal y de recursos asignados.
Enfoque en metas de calidad y productividad Asegurar un ambiente laboral sano y de buen trato en el equipo de trabajo.
Enfoque diario en la mejora continua.
Asegurar orden el cumplimiento de orden y limpieza en el área asignada Monitoreo y aprobación de nómina Semáforo de retención colaboradores Skills and Minimum Experience Required   Ing.
Industrial o Carrera afín.
Experiencia mínima 1 año (deseable) Liderazgo.
Habilidades de Planeación.
Análisis y solución de problemas.
Comunicación Efectiva.
Trabajo en equipo.
Pasión por el cliente Manejo y conocimiento de proceso KAN BAN Alto sentido de responsabilidad personal.
