As a Cell Gene Therapy Logistics Coordinator (Clinical Supplies Specialist)  at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
You will be 100% dedicated to the CGT team.
What you will be doing Liaise with stakeholders on issues involving CGT supply.
Contact couriers for required collection information based on protocol site lists.
Provide collection information to Project Management in timely manner.
Tracking samples, arranging with specialty couriers shipping at cryogenic temperatures, close communication with sites Your profile Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience (preferably nurse) Proven experience in cell gene therapy and clinical supplies management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Experience  tracking samples, communicating with sites and specialty couriers shipping at cryogenic temperatures.
Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines.
Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications (e.
., MS EXCEL and PowerPoint).
Advanced written and verbal communication in English Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
