You’ll be responsible for perform daily invoices accounting, administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance.
This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Bank reconciliation.
Manage the posting of banking operation entries to ensure accurate and timely financial records, supporting overall financial integrity.
Month end closures.
Perform end-month closures, ensuring all relevant documents are posted on time to meet financial reporting deadlines KPI compliance support.
Develop an understanding of key performance indicators and support compliance efforts to meet organizational goals.
Analysis, reporting and audits.
Conduct basic analysis and generate reports while performing accounting and administrative activities that comply with corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements, including participation in internal and external audits.
Compliance,.
Perform compliance and control testing to ensure internal controls are properly implemented and followed.
Identify opportunities for process simplification or automation, and communicate process issues and improvement opportunities to supervisors with a proactive resolution attitude.
Work collaboratively to implement optimized accounting processes and provide necessary support to Tax and Treasury, Business Units, and Local Shared Services.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines, strong teamwork skills and be detail-oriented Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Fiscal positions.
