Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Objetivo
Supervisar que la operación del área de alimentos y bebidas se efectué conforme a los procedimientos, políticas y estándares establecidos garantizando que se brinde excelencia en la calidad del servicio.
Requisitos
Inglés intermedio
Experiencia en el puesto de 1 año en hoteles de la misma categoría
Estándares de calidad en el servicio
Responsabilidades
Supervisarla operación general de los bares, en apego a los estándares y procedimientos de servicio establecidos para garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes.
Capacitar a los colaboradores sobre el manejo higiénico de alimentos, la preparación de bebidas y correcto uso del equipo a fin de asegurar el cumplimento de las expectativas de los huéspedes.
Diseñar y establecer estrategias que permitan incrementar ventas de productos en el área de bares para poder llegar a los objetivos planteados por la empresa.
Realizar requisiciones de equipo en consideración a los inventarios para cumplir con la operación.
Establecer estrategias conforme a las quejas u observaciones de los huéspedes a fin de mejorar la calidad en el servicio.
Supervisar la preparación de las bebidas asegurando que se preparen conforme a las recetas y estándares establecidos.
Verificar el montaje de bebidas para los eventos, asegurando cumplir con los requerimientos especificados por el huésped.
Promover e impulsar la participación de los colaboradores en las actividades y prácticas que permiten el cumplimiento de los objetivos de sostenibilidad de la empresaBeneficios
