Requisitos
1.Experiencia demostrable como Ama de Llaves en establecimientos de lujo.
2.Profundos conocimientos en los estándares de AAA.
3.Experiencia previa en la gestión y capacitación de equipos de trabajo.
4.Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
5.Disponibilidad para viajar fuera del país.
Responsabilidades
1.Desarrollar y entregar programas de capacitación para nuestro personal de Ama de Llaves.
2.Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo cumplan con los estándares de excelencia de The Excellence Collection.
3.Brindar soporte y asesoramiento a los equipos en el desempeño de sus funciones.
4.Participar en la selección y reclutamiento de nuevo personal.
5.Mantenerse actualizadoa con las últimas tendencias e innovaciones en el sector de la hotelería de lujo.
