Responsible for providing a good service to all the owners and guests that come to the Deli Market according to the quality standards, policies and procedures established by the Hotel.

Responsible for collecting his float in the assigned cash register drawer and verifying that it is complete. The Cashier manages and is responsible for the float and the daily receipts at the end of his shift delivers these to the finance department with the cash report from the cash register the cashier has been using in the shift.

Maintains adequate communication with the front desk staff regarding credit available to owners and guests.
Handles complaints and problems of guests and owners in the Deli Market maintaining a professional and serene attitude in times of pressure, always trying to satisfy the guest within the policies and procedures of the Hotel.

Responsible for Communicating with the Deli Market Coordinator situations or circumstances that may negatively affect the satisfaction of the guests or the image of the Hotel and the Deli Market.
