his is a position with grade15This position reports toProcurement Team LeadYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga.
You will be mainly accountable for.
nitiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
egotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions.
ecommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
nalyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.
ualifications for the roleFrom 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a related position.
dvanced English communication skills, able to maintain fluent business conversations.
AP experience.
xperience negotiating with suppliers.
nowledge of comparative tables in Excel.
AP Ariba management as a plus.
