Job responsibility
Responsible for release orders to vendor According to the companys demand to open orders, track the shipment status, and ensure that the materials arrive at the designated location on schedule
Exception handling track and deal with vendors quality abnormalities and delivery issue
Controls inventory and reduces excess stock
Supplier management and evaluation
Deal with supplier reconciliation and other matters
Assist the department to deal with other issues

Skills Required
University graduate
3 years purchasing or buyer experience
Familiar with factory related processes, familiar with supply chain process
Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience preferred
Clear communication skill and performance and influencer skill to work with colleagues
Excellent use Office, Excel, Word, PPT
Excellent English in written and oral Chinese would be a plus
