creates and manages project documentation (requirements, flow diagrams, solution designs).
facilitates it and stakeholder approvals on project decisions.
manages change requests and project risks.
provides status updates and helps prioritize tasks for it management.
oversees and mentors business systems analysts i and ii.
analyzes and designs systems/processes in retail supply chain.
coordinates with it teams to ensure project goals are met.
proposes process improvements and best practices to senior management.
perfil buscado 5 years of expertise as a business analyst.
previous expertise in ecommerce or retail distribution projects.
expertise coordinating development teams.
knowledge of the software development life cycle (sdlc).
tools.
cms.
documentation.
brd, sdd, project charter.
creation of use case diagrams.
expertise with scrum and waterfall methodologies.
ability to supervise or manage teams.
