GENERAL DESCRIPTION  The Business Project Manager will comply with PMO methodologies and governance, drive adherence to project goals, partnering with the IT Project Manager.
The Business Project Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation, leading business process documentation, and managing and communicating business project risks, issues, changes, and action item status.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES ·      Adhere to and  champion existing PMO methodologies (ex.
Project charter, viable requirement, and UAT test results) and governance (ex.
documentation of meeting minutes and cadence, change control and adherence to agree upon communication plan)  ·      Drive adherence to project goals, scope, success measures/criteria, etc.
Plan, monitor, and report project progress  ·      Act as collaborative partner with the IT Project Manager and all stakeholders    ·      Create, maintain, and deliver critical project documentation  ·      Lead the documentation of current and future state business processes ·      Lead the documentation of standard work for all business processes ·      Lead business process improvement and issue resolution activities ·      Partner with the IT Project Manager and lead business/user acceptance testing and training  ·      Facilitate project meetings on planned and agreed upon cadence, document and distribute meeting notes ·      Provide accurate and timely project status reports ·      Manage and communicate business risks, issues, changes, and action items ·      Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff ·      Report on project management KPIs ·      Create and maintain action plans, as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY ·      Exceptional project management and time management skills ·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ·      Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into business or layman's terms ·      Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills ·      Ability to address high-priority, quick turnaround requests ·      Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously ·      Ability to think logically and troubleshoot issues ·      Effective analytical and problem-solving skills ·      Ability to consistently delegate and follow-up ·      Adept negotiation skills ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management ·      Ability to balance the competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ·      Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field ·      5+ years of Project Management experience ·      Experience with MS 365 (e.
., Teams, Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) ·      Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors   ·      Experience facilitating and conducting training ·      Experience leading current and future state business process mapping ·      Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies ·      Bilingual (English and Spanish) capabilities are a plus ·      PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master certifications are a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS ·      Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell ·      Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT ·      Consists of an indoor work office environment with good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low noise levels.
