Business Planning Analyst    This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

The Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst drives GTM strategy for the HPC&AI business unit to help achieve long-term goals and vision.
Develops plans to achieve the business unit sales goals, conducting research and data analysis to aligning department goals with the overall strategy.
Focus on.
•    Applying data analysis and modeling skills to support strategic decision making and problem solving.
•    Using various data sources, tools, and techniques to create and validate analytical models that address strategic questions and challenges.
•    Interpreting and communicating the results and implications of data analysis and modeling in a clear and compelling way.
•    Evaluating and optimizing the effectiveness of business plans and GTM strategies using data and feedback.
•    Monitoring and reporting on the performance and impact of strategic plans and initiatives.
Education and Experience Required.
Typically 2-4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
First level university degree.
Knowledge and Skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests.
Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Developing project management skills.
