The Business Operations team is responsible for supporting the Sales team within Arrow.
The Business Operations Analyst is a crucial element to ensuring the data is accurate and the process is running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing.
Responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations, and troubleshooting while ensuring SLA’s are being met Validates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is needed Manages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as needed Reviews and maintains process documentation based on Supplier updates Performs audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance Monitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriate Provides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholders What We Are Looking For.
Experience with Operations and Customer Service.
Experience using Ticketing systems and Solving issues within SLAs CRM experience (Salesforce Preferred).
Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Lookup & Reference, Logical functions, Concatenation and Pivot Tables).
Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent) The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More.
(preferred) Power BI knowledge Work Arrangement.
