BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST JR

What will you do?The Business Intelligence Analyst Jr collects and coordinates business requirements for analytical reporting.
Monitors the performance of reports and dashboards, completes data validations, resolves data integrity issues and develop/enhance processes with simplification or automation.
Provides BI system user support through training and query resolution to ensure the most effective usage of BI data and Process Automation.
Also acts as an intermediary between the business and IT, partnering with Finance teams to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs from which applications and solutions are implemented.
The analyst will collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure the delivery of technology solutions that enable business strategies.
Through a strong understanding of both IT and our business, this role will be an advisor to the business, help ensure that IT systems align with business needs and be a champion for IT standards and procedures.

rovides consultancy services to users and functional areas on Finance systems and related inquiries for new projects or implementations.
articipates in the analysis of root causes and focuses on creating permanent solutions.
rovides support (both technical and business focused) for all implementationReport progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.
Work with the cross functional teams coordinating them to create quality design documents and in developing quality products within the scheduled timeline.
Participates in design sessions, contributing to the overall design.
Organize, participate, and conduct application walk-through, trainings and other internal presentations.
Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates.
Other tasks may be assigned.
What we look for?Bachelor degree from an accredited universityFluent English1-2 years of information systems experience1+ years performing Business Analysis or Customer Service related work Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for development (Flows, Power App), is a plusProven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
