Product Designer  Job Description Summary A product designer is a strategic position within the Design team, responsible for the definition, design and development of client-facing products.
This role focuses on improving existing product designs and ensuring that all projects follow a high-quality user-centric design process.
 Job Description As a Product Designer, you will play an important role in ensuring that all projects follow a high-quality user-centric design process, by voicing user's needs, and striving to create experiences that are consistent, uniform, intuitive and delightful.
Responsibilities.
Oversee strategic product roadmaps, development, launches, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply design strategy development and execution Understand market research to determine gaps in the market, trends, and best practices for design.
Develop and communicate research insights into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers and meet business goals.
Clearly outline specifications for the development team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the design team, and providing helpful feedback on processes.
Engaging audiences and using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback.
Produce prototypes and models to test and showcase functionality and feature design.
Usage of researching tools, materials and relevant design techniques.
Qualifications.
Experience and passion for user-centered design Expert knowledge on Design Thinking framework Expert knowledge of Sketch and Invision.
Figma is a plus Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines (desirable) Basic to medium knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines Basic to medium knowledge of App and web development Desirable experience with Agile framework Abstract, Jira and Confluence usage (desirable) Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated influencing skills Education.

Responsabilidades.
Utiliza todos los canales disponibles para localizar clients prospecto de calidad con el potencial de generar negocios en áreas de préstamos, tesorería, mercados de capitales y productos de administración de efectivo.
Es responsable de todo el proceso de la adquisición de nuevos clientes, desde identificar clientes prospecto y ofrecer soluciones de servicios financieros personalizados hasta completar la disponibilidad de las líneas/cupos aprobados.
Facilita el proceso de incorporación de clientes al resolver problemas de operaciones y servicios que puedan surgir.
Elabora evaluaciones de crédito y supervisa problemas de riesgos al coordinar con clientes sobre cualquier deficiencia de documentación o solicitudes de información adicional.
Realiza un seguimiento con los clientes sobre la aceptación de ofertas y confirma si las líneas de crédito/cupos están disponibles de forma satisfactoria.
Mantiene informado al supervisor sobre cambios claves en las condiciones del mercado, las tendencias, la información de los clientes, etc.

Experiencia comprobada en la creación proactiva de relaciones con socios internos en las áreas de Aprobación/Revisión de Créditos y Productos.
Educación.
Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.
