The Amazon Business Mexico team focuses on delivering customers the desired selection, at the right price, fit, form, and function.
As a team of builders, we own the Selection, Pricing, and Bulk strategies to deliver results for business customers and support vendors on our most critical initiatives.
As a Business Developer on the Amazon Business Mexico team, you will have the opportunity to improve the business customer experience, by growing our B2B-relevant product selection and launching features to enable easy bulk purchasing.
You will work closely with both worldwide product and business stakeholders to understand customer and vendor needs and spearhead initiatives to improve our inputs and bulk purchasing experience.

Key job responsibilities * Dive deep into selection data to uncover the highest-impact opportunities for business customers.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operational, and business stakeholders to onboard critical selection.
* Regionalize and launch worldwide bulk purchasing initiatives to cater Mexican business needs to buy in bulk * Establish the goals, strategy, and product roadmap for the Selection and Bulk programs * Manage prioritization and trade-offs between vendor/customer needs and operational feasibility to drive growth * Lead monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership, showcasing progress, business impact, and future opportunities About the team Inclusive team culture At Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required - Fluent in both, English and Spanish PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services - Experience driving innovation directly with Product Management and Engineering
