e are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Auto\/Commercial Auto Insurance domain to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAAS platforms and experience working in the insurance industry.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying and recommending solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
What you’ll do.
nalyze business requirements related to Auto\/Commercial Auto Insurance domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.

achelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Auto\/Commercial Auto Insurance domain.
trong understanding of SAAS platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions.
olid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
xperience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
trong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
xcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
&C Insurance industry experience required.

nowledge of underwriting principles and practices, including risk assessment, pricing, and policy issuance.
amiliarity with insurance products and coverages, including liability, property damage, bodily injury, and collision.
nderstanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry, including state and federal regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
xperience working with insurance brokers, agents, and carriers, and an understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the insurance value chain.
nderstanding insurance industry trends and emerging technologies, such as telematics, artificial intelligence, and their potential impact on the insurance business model.
