MALS What youull do? Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and documentation to capture business requirements and current workflows.
Work with business stakeholders to map and optimize processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication of business requirements and project updates.
Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that business needs are met and solutions are implemented effectively.
Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions by providing input into system design, business rules, and testing requirements.
Validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
Support project managers in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Contribute to the creation and management of project plans, risk assessments, and change management processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and potential areas of improvement for business operations.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies across business functions.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies that can enhance business operations.
Provide training and support to business users on new systems, processes, or tools.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What youull bring.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar for process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Strong experience in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.
Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Ability to map and analyze business processes using BPMN or similar methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for collaboration.
