Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects Oversee the development of functional specifications to ensure alignment with business needs Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of business processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all business processes Conduct detailed analysis of billing and revenue management systems to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business efficiency Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards Tops Skills.
7+ years of experience of experience in a Business Analyst role Have experience in the Devices, Billing & Revenue Management domain Some knowledge or experience working with Salesforce English language proficiency Why Cognizant?
