#WelcomeToCognizant! Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Utilize Service Now and CRM-Sales to streamline business operations and improve customer relationship management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues.
Ensure that all business requirements are met within the project timelines and budget.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of new systems.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.
Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Demonstrate expertise in Service Now and CRM-Sales.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a native English speaker with strong reading writing and speaking abilities.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing business solutions.
Show experience in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Demonstrate the ability to provide training and support to end-users.
Exhibit strong project management skills.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Show the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
