The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Business Analyst to join our innovative team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating business processes, spotting areas for enhancement, and aiding in data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with teams across product development, sales, and customer success to maximize the effectiveness of our products.
Major responsibilities.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and solutions.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends and patterns.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and project plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Support senior business analysts and project managers in various tasks and projects.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, engineer or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.
., Excel, SQL).
Basic understanding of SaaS products and business models.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
