We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as IT Business Analyst Objectives The role of business solution expert will be reporting into the Global Communications IT business partnering team and be acting as a bridge between IT and the business.
Analyze complex business problems and manages business requirements on a global scale Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of technology solutions - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders Accountabilities Manages and prioritizes requests though understanding of impact, importance and urgency across multiple stakeholders, communication channels and country cultures Evaluates business processes, requirements and areas for improvement while developing and implementing solutions independently.
Leverage synergies to deliver sound solutions.
Serves as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure issues and requirements are recognized, understood and implemented on both sides.
Reliably communicates across various leadership levels of the organization while maintaining the right level of details for each group.
Develops into a subject matter expert for digital communication technologies (such as website, SharePoint, Bitly, Politemail, Viva Engage, etc.) and is recognized as such by customers and peers.
Solves or leads others to solve complex problems with a broad impact on the business and interprets ways of prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.
Identify the best technical solution based on requirements from the business.
Education, behavioral competencies and skills Bachelor degree IT, Business Administration or equivalent 3 years or more of relevant experience Strong business analyst and problem solving skills Ability to write, speak and lead in the English language Ability to adjust chosen wording to audience skills as needed Strong IT affinity Experience in presenting at business meetings Experience working in a virtual team Preferred · Knowledge of digital communication technologies like modern SharePoint, Viva Engage, Politemail, Bitly as well as best practices for website structures.
· Already established foundation and experience with information architecture · Professional in-depth knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical industry within functional area · Understanding of working in a global environment with stakeholders sitting across the world Why Cognizant?
