Individuals in this role earn based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
Typical Qualified Commissions are 10k to 30k per transaction with an expectation of 2 per quarter.

Role Description Your primary duties as a Business Broker are fourfold based upon our service offerings.
usiness Brokerage.
You will build relationships with small business owners and help them prepare their business to be confidentially listed.
Once the business is listed you will be the transaction manager for the buyer screening, offer, due diligence, and closing processes.
usiness Valuation.
You will help business owners review prior financials, cash flows, market conditions, record keeping, and other elements to provide a Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV).
ranchise Consulting.
You will help prospective franchise buyers find and purchase the right franchise based upon their wants, skill sets, financial ability and earning expectations.
We have partnerships with hundreds of Franchisors with whom we can present to potential providersFranchise Development.
You will help outstanding local businesses grow their business through becoming a franchisor.
Your secondary duties will be to building your network, marketing for new small business listings, and participating in management team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications Experience with Business Ownership, Business Brokerage, Insurance Strategies, Finance, or Sales preferred.
