Are you ready to lead and innovate in the dynamic field of Breast Cancer in Mexico? As the Oncology Business Unit Manager, you will have primary responsibility for both sales and marketing across the Breast Cancer Mexico's team.

Key Responsibilities.
Strategic Leadership.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market share growth and achieve financial targets in the breast cancer sector.
Team Management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Market Analysis.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the TA field.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and corporate partners.
Operational Oversight.
Oversee daily operations to ensure the business unit functions effectively and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
Ensure effective sales execution within the designated geography.
Product Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Performance Monitoring.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the business unit's performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in oncology or a related area.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of the hematology market, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
