Developing and implementing advanced quality control systems and processes to monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications Utilizing advanced statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for quality improvement, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure comprehensive root cause analysis, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address complex quality issues, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless integration of quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Playing a key role in customer complaint resolution, ensuring effective investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of robust corrective actions to address quality concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
Contributing to the development and review of product and process specifications, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer requirements.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting best practices in quality management and engineering.
Support to the quality management systems in internal or external audits.
Supports the implementation of corporate and divisional procedures (CDQ’s, AAPD’s).
