Perform end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks Online or Enterprise.
Provide financial updates to managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial guidelines.
Maximize payroll efficiency.
Manage financial transactions and records for multiple businesses, approximately 2-3 different companies.
Efficiently and accurately manage payroll processing in Gusto Payroll.
Implement efficient procurement processes and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
The Profile You have at least 5 years experience within a Bookkeeper or Financial Controller role You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments Comfortable crafting reports from QuickBooks on KPI Discovering new KPI that are important / relevant to our business Reconciling monthly transactions from two bank accounts and one credit card Prepping financial information to be handed to our CPA firm.
