BIM ARCHITECT

We are an international company looking for a BIM Architect to support our efforts in our Monterrey, Mexico office.

The BIM Architect position is responsible for the execution of plan sets & other construction documents using Autodesk software; assisting with design drawings, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.
The selected candidate will be key in making technical assumptions, thinking independently and being able to look for the adequate support to complete assigned work.
This will include providing design inputs and reviewing other engineers' projects, participating as a team member and contributing ideas and possible solutions, while identifying & managing the challenges on the project.

Requirements & Qualifications.
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape, or a related field (Master's preferred).
· Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM 3D Modeling, planning and development, with commercial & retail experience projects preferred.
· English level B2 or superior is a must.
· Strong knowledge & skills on relevant software tools, including but not limited to.
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Photoshop, Twin motion, etc.
· Experience in technical drawing & conceptual design in, plan production & constructive documents.
· Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with sustainable design principles & environmental regulations.
