Billing Specialist for North America SoftwareOne Scope.
Full-time | Finance Shared Service Center | Location.
Mexico City   Join to our phenomenal Accounts Receivable team, focusing on Billing/Collections, to provide service to the NORAM team from the Americas - Financial Shared Services Center.
Key activities.
Focus on billing.
Understanding of the full cycle in the income statement of gross profit.
Invoicing, accounting records relating to sales and re-invoicing (costs).
What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Banking or Administration indispensable.
Essential previous experience working with the NORAM market.
Preferably +1.
years of experience in invoicing / revenue.
Knowledge of accounting records.
Advanced English is required.
Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
Good prioritization and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor.
Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
