Responsibilities Key partner and will work closely with Custumer Service, Logistics and other key functions to ensure timely billing processing.
Some key activities for this role include.
Daily monitoring of invoice creation, coordinating/resolving any billing-related issues, completing SOX billing reports and supporting internal and external audits related to billing   Main Responsibilities.
Ensure billing documents are generated correctly and timely posted to accounting Make sure that invoices generates XML and PDF for Mexican Electronic Invoicing Troubleshooting billing errors and coordinating correctuve action with IT and CSR if needed Upload invoices on customer´s portal for payment purposes Sending billing reports for the Accounting dept.

Setup and maintenance of billing outputs Invoice Cancellation Process Qualifications Experience with SAP (Module Order to Cash preferred or a similar module) Experience using Office 365 Bundle  SOX Knowledge desired SAT normativity for invoicing
