Bilingual Customer Service and Cross-Selling Contact Center Agents!
Main Activities:
• The main purpose of this position is Provide support and assistance to associates regarding their orders
• Provide support and assistance to associates regarding accumulated points
• Provide support and assistance to associates regarding promotions
• support and assistance to associates regarding commissions,
Requirements:
• English level B2
• Completed high school.
• 6 months of experience in a Call Center **MANDATORY**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
