e are seeking a highly organized and personable Virtual Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff.
The role requires proficiency in handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing electronic medical records, all while maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with healthcare regulations.

ey Responsibilities.
atient Communication.
nswer incoming calls and respond to emails in both English and Spanish.
reet patients warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
rovide information about medical services, procedures, and policies.
andle patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
ppointment Management.
chedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
end appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
oordinate telehealth appointments and ensure patients have the necessary information and technology.
dministrative Duties.
aintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
erify patient insurance information and manage billing inquiries.
rocess patient forms and documentation accurately and promptly.
ssist with the preparation of medical reports and correspondence.
oordination with Medical Staff.
ommunicate patient needs and requests to the appropriate medical personnel.
nsure that medical staff are informed of any schedule changes or urgent issues.
acilitate smooth transitions and follow-ups for patient care.
eneral Office Support.
erform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
anage office supplies and ensure that virtual office resources are well-stocked.
ontribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the virtual medical office.
