Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements Proven experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
Advanced proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Oral French.
Native Spanish.
