Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar (recent graduates or those about to graduate may be considered) Advanced English is a must.
Desirable 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR areas.
Office Suite Management.
Responsibilities Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs with global standardization.
Ensures service partnership agreements (SPA’s) are met for all the catalog process of the HR GBSteam.
Deliver daily operations and services for the HR transactional services team within the Regional Global Business Services Center.
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
Ensure that the HR records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international Policy, Human Rights, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy, Employment/ Labor Laws, and all Legislative & Regulatory Standards.
