Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction Assist and engage with customers through various communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, phone, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and inperson at our office.
Be a Host Welcome clients at the office, set an inviting vibe, and deliver an effective customer experience that makes each visitor feel valued and appreciated.
Coordination Coordinate the delivery of tours with logistics teams, guides, drivers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service during all customer experiences.
Travel Consultation Provide expert advice on travel arrangements, including airline ticketing, hotel accommodations, and attractions based on customers needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge Address customer queries related to our range of products and services, ensuring to provide detailed information on pricing, availability, and special offers.
Staff Mentorship Provide training and guidance to fellow staff members on travel services and customer interaction best practices to foster a knowledgeable and efficient team atmosphere.
Sales responsible for attending the business and closing sales from the different communication channels.
Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Customer Service Experience Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Organizational Skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
TechSavvy Proficient with various communication platforms and tools, including CRM software, and capable of navigating travel booking systems. Google Docs, Sheets, Presentation, Calendar, Mail, Airbnb, Tripadvisor
Passion for Travel A genuine enthusiasm for adventure travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences.
