Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for firstcall resolution whenever possible.
Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system, ensuring clear communication and seamless handoffs if necessary.
Collaborate closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and uphold quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Basic Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced English level.
Ability to take a fulltime job and work 100 onsite at Balcones Coloniales, Querétaro.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping others.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software as needed.
