Bilingual Customer Representative for Percepta - Client AVIS Location.

Customer Service Supervisor Position Summary.
The Bilingual Customer Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to AVIS customers, handling reservations, inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
This role requires clear and effective communication, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
SALARY OFFERED.
85 MXN PER HOUR from monday to saturday, to start () aprox Key Responsibilities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers to manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues related to car rental services.
- Provide accurate information regarding rates, vehicle availability, and company policies.
- Process changes and cancellations of reservations in accordance with company policies.
- Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints, seeking satisfactory solutions for both parties.
- Record and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and satisfactory customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AVIS products and services, as well as current promotions and special offers.
Requirements.
- Education.
High school diploma; higher education in administration, tourism, communication, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment or service industry.
- Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Languages.
COMPLETE Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

$ MXN upon completing 90 days in production (after completing the first 6 weeks), with a minimum requirement of 92% attendance during those 90 days.
